Yes. Switch the service off in the dashboard – it stays usable and charged until the end of the current month, and nothing is charged from the next month on. The minimum term is 1 month: switch off sooner than a month after switching on and the service runs, and is charged, until that month is up.
Charges run from the day a service is switched on. Regia +, exports and the API have a minimum term of one month. Monitoring is charged by the day, for exactly the days a company was monitored. If you keep a service on, the first month costs only the remaining days. The invoice for each month is issued at the start of the next.
No. Regia works with invoices: once a month you get a PDF invoice, paid by bank transfer.
Yes. Regia + is per user: everyone who uses it needs their own, and an account must not be shared. You switch Regia + on and off for your organisation's members in the dashboard. Monitoring, exports and the API cover the whole organisation.
