Frequently asked questions
01Where does the data come from?
From the annual reports filed with the Estonian Business Register. Quarterly revenue and employees come from the Tax and Customs Board's open data. We update the data every day.
02Which years are available?
Annual reports from 2009–2025. One export can include up to 5 years.
03How many companies can I export at once?
Up to 25,000 companies in one file, with unlimited exports. Pick the companies with the advanced search filters or paste registry codes.
04How does billing work?
A representative of your organisation confirms the order with an Estonian e-ID (Smart-ID, Mobile-ID or ID card). The invoice arrives by e-mail once a month and you pay by bank transfer. No card payment is needed.
05Can I cancel?
Yes, any time on the services page. The service runs to the end of the month, but for at least one month from switching it on.
06Is the data available through an API?
Yes. API access costs 24 € per month plus a per-request fee. API documentation
